Plot summary:Director Roberto Cuzillo examines the plight of homosexual couples seeking to have children from a cycle-of-life standpoint in this compassionate drama centering on the experiences of a lesbian couple seeking to skirt Italian laws that prohibit them from starting a family of their own. Guilia (Cristina Serafini) and Chiara (Irene Ivaldi) are a committed couple in a long-term relationship. Though they long to start a family like anyone other loving couple in their position, Italian law dictates that only heterosexual couples are permitted to procreate by means of artificial insemination. Recognizing that their only hope for starting a family is to travel to Holland and having the procedure carried out abroad, Guilia and Chiara eagerly await the doctor's telephone call that will mark the beginning of their incredible journey towards parenthood. quoted from http://www.rottentomatoes.com/m/senza_fine/
